eTail 2026: Event recap

We’re finally back and catching our breath after a busy few days in Singapore for eTail Asia 2026! Artyz was thrilled to be part of the event this year as a sponsor, it was a fantastic experience being right in the thick of things with our booth and meeting many of you in person.

While the schedule was packed, the real highlight for us was the face-to-face time at the booth. Between the steady flow of conversations and the great coffee on-site, it was the perfect environment to catch up with partners and meet new faces.

We also made sure to catch several of the sessions. Since the speakers came from so many different industries, it was really insightful to hear how various sectors are tackling the same eCommerce challenges from unique perspectives.

Here are the two biggest takeaways we brought back with us:

  1. AI is data, not a replacement. It won’t replace the human element of what we do, but we have to take advantage of it to stay ahead. It’s about using that data to work smarter, not just harder.
  2. eCommerce is shifting fast. Customers now expect a seamless experience no matter where they are shopping. We're seeing a massive shift in discovery, moving away from basic search results toward much smarter, AI-driven recommendations.

It was a great reminder that even in such a digital-first industry, the real-world relationships we build at these events are what keep things moving.
