5. Organization and Structure

We recognize that the proper management of personal information is a part of compliance. We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the guidelines of the Personal Information Protection Commission. We have established clear internal rules regarding the handling of personal information and ensure all executives and employees are fully informed of these rules. If there is a conflict between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall take precedence. After confirming that the requester is the individual concerned or a duly authorized representative, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and scope.

To request disclosure or other actions regarding retained personal data, please contact the inquiry desk below. Upon your request, we will send you our designated “Request Form for Disclosure, etc. of Retained Personal Data” by mail, fax, or email. 
Please complete the form, attach the required documents, and return it to us by mail or email. (Postage or communication costs are to be borne by the requester.)
After verifying your identity (or that of your representative), we will respond according to your preferred method of disclosure.

8. Security Control Measures for Personal Information

To ensure the appropriate handling of personal information, we have established regulations and operate a Personal Information Protection Management System based on JIS Q 15001 standards.
We implement organizational, human, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal information appropriately.
When outsourcing to third parties located outside Japan, we take appropriate security management measures, including an understanding of the external environment.
